Andrew Killick BSc FCA CF

Andrew has worked in corporate finance for over 20 years with extensive experience of undertaking and project managing a wide range of deals to completion. These have included acquisitions, disposals, MBOs, fundraisings and flotations.

Andrew previously worked with a ‘Big 4’ firm, a main clearing bank and a regional venture capital provider, structuring deals and evaluating potential transactions. 

Having worked on the “Buy-side”, “Sell-side”, as well as debt and equity funding perspectives, Andrew is well placed to use his knowledge from ‘the other side of the fence’ to maximise opportunities, identify potential issues and deal with them promptly in a pragmatic way.  

As a result, he has an extremely high deal success rate including raising the debt and/or equity sought by virtually all his clients in the last few years.

Andrew also provides strategic advice to a range of businesses; helping them to grow as well as assisting the owners and management teams achieve their personal objectives.
