Stuart acts for numerous businesses but primarily members of the Healthcare sector including doctors, dentists, care homes and pharmacists.
In his forensic/expert witness role he has acted in over 1000 cases, some 50 of which have gone to trial. He has given extensive oral evidence in County, Crown and High Courts and other tribunals.
Stuart has a BSc Economics, he is a Chartered Accountant, a Member of the Academy of Experts and an Accredited Mediator.
