Stephanie is Francis Clark’s technical partner, responsible for high level accounting and auditing issues and for professional compliance matters.  She joined the firm in October 2008 after 18 years in a similar role at MacIntyre Hudson LLP in London and the Home Counties.

She enjoys finding pragmatic solutions to seemingly complicated problems, providing support to the entire firm from her base in the Exeter office. She has particular experience of dealing with professional practices, especially lawyers, including the practicalities of conversion to LLP. 

She is responsible for both internal and client training and is a nationally known trainer to the accountancy and legal sectors.  As such, she has to be on top of the latest developments in accounting, auditing and company law and their implications for clients and advisors alike.
 
Stephanie is a Chartered Accountant.  She sits on the Financial Reporting Faculty Board of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
