Sean specialises in business and tax strategy for companies, their directors and shareholders, corporate finance and advising the South West charity and not for profit sector.

Sean joined Francis Clark as a partner in Exeter corporate department in 2006. He has worked in the region for the past 20 years, having been a partner in another regional firm.
 
He often gets involved in transactions for existing and new clients and is an active member of the Francis Clark Corporate Finance Team.
 
In view of his expertise in the charity and not for profit sector, working for a large number of charities in the area, Sean was made head of the Francis Clark Charity Sector Group in 2007.
 
Sean is a Chartered Accountant, Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Registered Trust and Estate Practitioner, Member of the Securities and Investments Institute and holds the Institute's Corporate Finance qualification.
