Peter specialises in giving advice on strategic guidance for family companies, succession planning and advice relating to disposal of businesses.

He is experienced in advising many industry sectors, including solicitors, breweries and magazine and newspaper publishing. Peter is head of the Francis Clark Hotels, Leisure and Tourism sector group and is a director of a number of hotel, leisure and tourism related businesses. Peter is past President of Tormohun (Torbay) Rotary Club, Honorary Treasurer of the Devon County Golf Union, Chairman of the Roslin Hall Endowment House Foundation and of the Torbay Medical Research Fund. Peter became a partner at Francis Clark in 1976. He was Managing Partner from 1986 to 1993, and has been Senior Partner since 1997.
