Martin specialises in business and taxation strategy for owner-managed businesses, both corporate and non-corporate, as well as working closely with business owners in achieving their personal financial and taxation goals.

He also has a particular interest in the not-for-profit sector, and advises a number of organisations operating in this sector, and also in the travel and leisure industry.
 
Martin became a partner in Francis Clark in 2006 following the firms merger with Whites, where he was admitted in to partnership in 1996.  Having trained locally and spent all of his professional career working and living in and around Taunton, he has established excellent links with the local business community.
 
Martin is Director of Somerset Chamber of Commerce. He is a past Chairman of the Taunton Group of Chartered Accountants, and has also served on the committee of the Somerset Society of Chartered Accountants Taunton Group of Chartered Accountants.
