Mark leads Francis Clark’s Corporate Finance team, consistently the most active deal makers in the region. He is one of the most experienced corporate finance advisers in the region, with more than 20 years of dedicated transaction experience of business acquisitions, disposals and project finance raising.

Mark is highly regarded for his commercial approach and getting deals done. This was demonstrated in completing the Management Buy Out of Bray Leino Group with the simultaneous acquisition of Zoo Group, followed by sale of the combined group to The Mision Marketing Group, alisted plc, less than two years later. Mark continues to advise the Mission Group, which reflects the long term partnership ethos of the team in working with clients to achieve their long terms objectives.
