
Lucinda Penn BA ACA
Lucinda joined Francis Clark in 2003 after graduating from Exeter University.
After spending a couple of years working in the Corporate team, Lucinda developed an interest in business recovery and insolvency.
Lucinda qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2007, gaining top marks in the South West for the Advanced Case Study examination.
Lucinda also passed the Joint Insolvency Examination Board (JIEB) examinations in 2010 and is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner.
Lucinda has experience in all areas of insolvency but specialises in Corporate Business Recovery including Administrations and Liquidations. Her particular interest is in Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs) and she is skilled at preparing the detailed projections required and is proven to be successful at drafting the proposal to balance the interests of the company and creditors.
Lucinda is currently the youngest ever President of the South Western Society of Chartered Accountants, where she represents over 2,000 Chartered Accountants in Devon, Cornwall and Somerset.
