Les joined the firm following a period with KPMG. He has built a strong reputation in the region for the delivery of high quality tax, strategic and financial advice to a wide range of corporate and non corporate clients.

His abilities in these areas were recognised by the firm and Les was appointed Managing Partner in 1999. His extensive experience enables him to provide invaluable advice to businesses on how to improve overall profitability, minimise taxation liabilities and achieve their long term business objectives.
 
He is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser, and has a BA in Accountancy Studies.
 
Les is currently a non Exec Director at South Devon Healthcare Foundation Trust, a member of the South West Council of the CBI, a member of the ICAEW South West Regional Strategy Board and for five years was Chairman of Torbay Development Agency Ltd.
