Guy specialises in general accountancy and taxation advice to owners of SMEs on all aspects of their business from start up, managing growth, coping with business downturn, as well as retirement and succession planning, personal tax advice to private clients.
He joined the firm in 1986 from a small firm in the Bristol area. He had trained with Deloitte Haskins & Sells in their Bristol office, having previously served in the Royal Engineers for five years.
He became a partner in Tavistock in 1988 and deals with locally based clients within the agricultural, manufacturing, retail and service industries. He also looks after the personal tax affairs of a substantial number of retired clients. He is experienced in advising clients at all stages of their working lives, from start-ups to retirement and succession planning.
Guy is a Chartered Accountant.
