As part of the Francis Clark Corporate Finance Team, Dave is focused on disposals, fund raising within transactions and advising business in the food and drink sector, one of the most active sectors for transactions in the region.

Dave started working in Corporate Finance with a Big Four firm in 1993, focusing on helping local businesses secure the optimal amount of grant funding towards their future plans.

During this time he has helped more than 100 companies ranging from start-ups to local, owner-managed businesses to locally based subsidiaries of some of the world’s largest companies, operating in most business sectors, including many in the food and drink sector.

He has extensive knowledge of a wide range of funding. Dave is undoubtedly the most experienced and successful grant advisor based in the South West, helping companies secure on average more than 90% of the grant applied for. Since joining Francis Clark Dave has assisted companies in a wide range of corporate finance transactions, focusing on helping shareholders achieve a successful exit.
