Bob joined Francis Clark’s corporate finance team in 2009 as a specialist with Energy & Sustainability experience.

Prior to joining Francis Clark Bob spent a decade in the City of London in the corporate finance departments of Greenhill and Lazard Brothers specializing latterly in energy and related sectors. He has experience advising UK and European clients across the energy and regulated utilities value chain – power stations owners, electricity and gas supply companies, network owners and operators, project development companies, energy technology / renewable enterprises and a number of institutional investors in the sector.

Deal types advised on include acquisitions and disposals, mergers/JV’s, fund raisings, public takeovers and strategic reviews.

Prior to working in the City, he qualified as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young in London.
