Andrew has worked in Corporate Finance for over 20 years with extensive experience undertaking and project managing a wide range of deals to completion. These have included acquisitions, disposals, MBOs, fundraisings and flotations.

Andrew previously worked at Ernst & Young for 14 years as well as a main clearing bank and a regional Venture Capital provider, structuring deals and evaluating potential transactions.  Having worked on “Buy-side”, “Sell-side” as well as debt and equity funding perspectives, Andrew is well placed to use this experience from ‘the other side of the fence’ to maximise opportunities and identify potential issues in order to address them in a timely manner.  Accordingly he has an extremely high deal success rate including, despite recent market conditions, raising the debt and/or equity sought by all his client in the last few years.

Andrew also provides strategic advice to a range of businesses; helping them to grow as well as assisting the owners and management teams achieve their objectives.
