Andrew heads the Corporate Services department in our Truro office. As well as acting for a variety of larger corporate businesses he also leads the Francis Clark with Winter Rule specialist legal sector team.

His expertise includes:

• Business Advisory services - Including strategic guidance, preparation of business plans and funding applications for finance institutions
• Corporate Audit and preparation of Financial Statements
• Business Valuations - Including the valuation of limited companies and private businesses for the purposes of business disposals and legal valuation needs
• Solicitors - All services required by this specialist sector
• Internal Audit - Experience including government sector organisations, friendly societies and insurance companies
• Internal accounting and system control evaluation
• Grant Audits - Primarily including a wide selection of ERDF and ESF projects

Andrew is a national committee member of the ICAEW Solicitors' Special Interest Group that liaises with the Law Society and Solicitors Regulation Authority on matters affecting the legal sector.

A well known figure in the legal sector Andrew is a regular presenter to local Law Societies and contributor to legal publications including FD Legal and the LMS Managing for Success.

Clients have included a wide range of companies, public sector related organisations, professional partnerships, legal practices and sole traders.
