Candidate Charter

We care what candidates say about us, so have developed our own ‘charter’ to outline what potential candidates may expect, following an application to Francis Clark. 

Firstly, we treat every application individually and in complete confidence.  We never pass candidate details to third parties and will never take up references (should you later accept an offer of employment with us) without your prior, written consent.  Everyone who contacts us direct can be assured of a swift reply.  Furthermore, all replies come from named members of our recruitment team and you are welcome to ‘phone and enquire about the progress of your application at any time. 

For those who are subsequently invited to interview, we always ask whether any special arrangements are required in connection with a disability.  Finally, for short-listed candidates who were unsuccessful after interview, we always offer feedback to help support future applications.
