Graduates

Recruitment for our Graduate ACA intake begins each October, approximately 10-months before successful students start their training the following August.  To launch our campaign, we regularly attend the annual Exeter University Careers Fair. Competition for places on our Graduate ACA training scheme is always intense, so interested candidates are advised to submit their applications before Christmas. First and second stage interviews would then happen early in the new year, with appointments being confirmed around Easter. Successful candidates will then be invited to a student welcome day, ahead of starting their training, in order to meet fellow trainees, plus staff and Partners of the firm.Starting salaries are always competitive and are reviewed six-monthly. Students enter into a 36-month training contract and are employed on a permanent contract basis.
