The Francis Clark ‘Improving Personal Effectiveness Series’ (or ‘IPE Series’) is a comprehensive suite of 13 modules, designed to offer training across a range of skills relevant to our day-to-day roles, from improving our people management skills, to building our confidence in business development.
The courses are delivered by a group of select trainers, all experienced in working with professional services firms and highly respected within their field. The IPE Series is designed to support the needs of all professionally qualified staff in fee-earning roles, from newly-qualified, up to and including Consultants and Directors.
For technical support, the firm provides two types of update – Accounting and Audit. These are presented twice a year at each office by our Technical Standards Partner, who is well known across the UK for her half-yearly Accounts and Audit updates, for which she also writes the materials.
